BDY by The Faja Doctor was built around a powerful brand truth, compression fajas designed by someone who lived the post-surgery experience. Diana, The Faja Doctor, created BDY because she couldn't find a faja that understood a woman's body. That story is compelling. Authentic. Premium.

But two critical systems weren't carrying that story forward. The Shopify store was inconsistent, mobile-unfriendly, and couldn't communicate the product's depth. And the email channel was promotional noise, offers without brand, campaigns without lifecycle logic, and a repeat purchase rate that left revenue sitting on the table.

We started with the brand truth: BDY was created because Diana, The Faja Doctor, lived the post-surgery experience and couldn't find a faja designed for real women's bodies. That origin is the brand's greatest asset, and it wasn't on the website.

We rewrote BDY's core value expression, "Modern Confidence Through Surgical-Grade Fit", and translated it into homepage, collection pages, and PDP frameworks. Every page now communicates the brand before it communicates the product.

We designed and implemented five behaviour-triggered flows, each mapped to where the customer is in their BDY journey and what they need to hear at that moment. Behaviour, purchase history, and engagement data trigger timely, relevant communication instead of bulk blasts.
Every design decision was in service of one outcome — make the buyer feel the product deeply enough that adding to cart felt like the natural next step, not a decision.
