Festive Campaign Execution,
Green Energy Positioning
We designed a St. Patrick's Day promotion that went further than a discount. We tied the "green" of the holiday directly to GoSun's clean energy mission, "Green Energy Sale", creating a campaign that felt brand-coherent, not opportunistic.
SKU PROFITABILITY
Most brands treat all SKUs equally. We don't. We analysed GoSun's full product catalogue by margin, AOV, return rate, and LTV signal, and shifted advertising focus decisively toward high-ticket, high-margin products: GoSun Fusion and GoSun Flow Pro.
The result: the same budget now drove significantly higher ROAS while reducing CAC on products that actually moved the business forward.
LTV ANALYSIS
We implemented cohort-based LTV analysis to identify which customer groups had the highest repeat purchase rates, and built budget allocation strategy around those profitable segments rather than chasing cold traffic volume.
This fundamentally changed how GoSun thought about scaling: from "how do we get more first purchases" to "how do we get more of the right customers."

ANALYTICS INFRASTRUCTURE
We built a fully customised PowerBI dashboard that pulled live data from Meta, Google, Shopify, and Amazon into a single view, with ROAS, CAC, LTV, and revenue tracked by channel, SKU, and campaign simultaneously.
For the first time, GoSun's team could see the full picture in one place, making faster, sharper decisions without the delay of manual reporting.

Through creative innovation, SKU-wise precision, influencer collaborations, cohort-based scaling, and advanced data dashboards, GoSun transitioned from flat returns to a scalable, profit-first DTC engine.
